We're building the job board we wish existed when we were starting out.
The problem we're solving
If you're a fresher in India, applying for jobs is mostly guesswork. Listings are months out of date. Job descriptions are copy-pasted templates that tell you nothing about what the work actually involves. Half the postings are "ghost jobs" that were filled ages ago, or were never real to begin with.
So you spend an hour tailoring your CV, writing a cover letter, filling in a careers portal that makes you retype your entire education history - and you never hear back, because the role closed in March.
What we do differently
Your Job Mitrais deliberately small and slow. We don't scrape thousands of listings. We hand-pick a handful of genuine entry-level openings each day, verify each one is real, and write it up properly.
The goal is that every listing here is worth reading even if you decide not to apply - because knowing a role isn't for you is just as valuable as finding one that is.
We check every listing by hand
Before a job goes up, we open the company's own careers page and confirm the opening is still live. If we can't verify it, we don't publish it. When a role closes, we take the listing down.
We write the listing ourselves
We don't copy-paste job descriptions. We read them and rewrite them: what the role actually involves, who should apply, who shouldn't, and what the interview process looks like. If we don't know something, we say so rather than guessing.
We never charge job seekers
No registration fee, no application fee, no 'premium' tier to get your profile seen. If any listing on this site ever asks you for money to apply, that's a scam - email us and we'll remove it the same day.
We don't sell your data
If you give us your email for job alerts, we use it to send you job alerts. That's it. No selling to recruiters, no sharing with third parties, unsubscribe whenever you want.
How we make money
Worth being upfront about. Right now the site runs on advertising, and in future we expect employers will pay to list roles directly with us. Job seekers will never pay.
We mention this because "how does this free thing make money" is a reasonable question, and a site that avoids answering it usually has a bad answer.
What's coming next
Job listings are the starting point, not the destination. We're working on application autofill so you stop retyping the same details into every portal, role-matched resume templates, and company-specific interview prep. People on our email list get access first.
