At Your Job Mitra, our primary promise is that every single job listing published on our platform is real, currently active, and verified against the employer's official careers portal.

1. Verification Steps

Before any job description is made public, our team follows a strict 4-step verification protocol:

1. Employer Identity Check: We verify that the hiring organization is a registered business entity with an active official domain.
2. Official Source Confirmation:We visit the company's official career portal (or official recruitment notice) to confirm the role is currently open and accepting applications.
3. Legitimacy & Fee Audit: We ensure that the position does not ask job seekers for application fees, security deposits, or registration charges.
4. Plain English Rewrite: We strip away generic corporate filler and rewrite the description into clear, structured sections (actual responsibilities, eligibility, skills required, and salary range).

2. How Job Expiry & Removal Works

Unlike generic job boards that leave postings up for months to inflate their counts, we maintain a strict freshness rule.

• When an employer closes a role or removes it from their site, we immediately update its status on Your Job Mitra to Closed.
• Closed jobs display a clear banner stating that applications are no longer accepted, and application links are disabled.
• Listings are periodically re-audited to ensure inactive links are promptly retired.

3. Fraud & Scam Zero-Tolerance

4. Reporting Misleading Listings

If you encounter a listing on Your Job Mitra that has closed on the official company site, contains an error, or asks for payment, please notify us immediately at hello@yourjobmitra.com. We investigate and act on reports the same day.
