These terms apply when you use Your Job Mitra(the "Site"). By using the Site you agree to them. If you don't, please don't use the Site.

1. What this Site is

Your Job Mitrais a job discovery platform. We find publicly advertised job openings, verify they are live, write our own summary of them, and link you to the employer's own application page.

We are not a recruitment agency or a staffing firm. We are not involved in hiring decisions, we do not forward your application, and we have no influence over whether you are contacted or hired.

2. No fees for job seekers

Using this Site is free. We will never charge you to view a listing, apply for a job, or receive job alerts. If anything on this Site appears to ask you for payment in exchange for a job or an application, it is not legitimate - please report it to hello@yourjobmitra.com immediately.

3. Accuracy of listings

We verify each listing against the employer's own careers page before publishing and remove listings when we learn a role has closed. However, job details - including salary, location, eligibility and deadlines - are set by the employer and can change without notice.

The employer's own posting is always the authoritative source. Where our summary differs from theirs, theirs governs. We provide listings on an "as is" basis and do not guarantee that any listing is current, complete, or that any role remains open.

4. Your responsibilities

When using the Site, you agree not to:

• scrape, copy or republish our listing content without written permission;
• use automated tools to access the Site in a way that degrades it for others;
• submit someone else's email address to our job alerts; or
• use the Site for anything unlawful.

5. Third-party links

Applying to a job takes you to a third-party website. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, their hiring practices, or how they handle your data. Review their terms and privacy policy before submitting anything.

6. Our content

The job summaries, articles and design on this Site are our original work and are protected by copyright. Company names and logos belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify the employer offering a role.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Your Job Mitra is not liable for any loss arising from your use of the Site - including any employment decision, any application you submit, any dealings with an employer, or any inaccuracy in a listing. Your use of the Site is at your own risk.

8. Availability

We aim to keep the Site running but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Site at any time.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Continued use of the Site after an update means you accept the revised terms. The date at the top shows when they were last changed.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at [CITY, STATE] shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
