We are not the employer
Your Job Mitra lists job openings advertised by third-party companies. We are not the employer, not a recruitment agency, and not involved in the hiring process. We do not collect applications, forward resumes, or influence hiring decisions.
Listing accuracy
We check each listing against the employer's own careers page before publishing it, and we remove listings when we learn a role has closed. Even so, details such as salary ranges, eligibility criteria, location and application deadlines are set by the employer and can change at any time without telling us.
Where our write-up differs from the employer's official posting, the employer's posting is correct. Always read the original before applying.
Salary information
Salary figures shown are what the employer advertised, or our best estimate clearly based on the range they published. They are indicative only and are not an offer. Actual compensation depends on your interview, your experience and the employer's decision. Advertised CTC is not the same as your monthly in-hand salary.

- An offer letter arriving without a single interview.
- Communication only from a personal email address, never a company domain.
- Pressure to decide immediately, or to keep the offer confidential.
- Requests for your bank details, OTP, or ID documents before a formal offer.
